About Le Delta en Rouge
The ladies of the Columbus (GA) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated proudly presents Le Delta en Rouge. Le Delta en Rouge is inspired by Dîner en Blanc and our aspiration to see hundreds of ladies and gentlemen showcasing their styles while dressed in vibrant shades of red (Red is preferred, but not required). This stylish adult experience in Columbus, Georgia, will be an evening full of fun, live entertainment, fellowship, fundraising, and community, all under the stars.
All proceeds from this event will support our Scholarships and Community Programs.

About this Event
Arrival & Check In
When you arrive, you will be directed to all available parking. Once you’ve parked and unloaded, you will carry your personal items to the gate, where you will be met by a Hostess who will scan your printed or digital ticket and provide you with a wristband. After you’re inside, you will be directed towards your assigned section to begin your setup, based on your ticket type.
Setup for Non-VIP Tickets
Without wasting a minute, you will set up your table, chairs, tablescape with your fanciest decor, food, and beverage. As a courtesy, please complete your setup as quickly as possible so that other attendees have the space needed to do the same. Make sure that all your finishing touches are completed by the time the clock strikes 7:00 PM! Because at that time, the table judging will begin.
Key Concepts of the Event
For entertainment and vibes, we will have a live band, DJ, food trucks, photo booths, and some friendly competition that won’t disappoint! We want you, your guest, and a host of new “friends” to enjoy good music, great laughs, and fantastic food. You will dine on whatever delicacies you’ve brought with you or feel free to visit our onsite food trucks for mouth-watering cuisine. And when the feeling hits you, we want to see you dance like no one is watching! Let’s have fun and make memories!!

Clean Up & Departure
Once the clock strikes 11:00 PM, the fun-filled evening will end, and you will be responsible for using your own trash bag to gather and dispose of your trash in any of the nearby trash containers. Our hopes are that as you leave, you will also take with you the memories of this unforgettable evening under the stars.

When do ticket sales begin?
Ticket sales will begin on February 1, 2024.
What time do the gates open?
The gates will open at 5:00 PM to allow all table setups to be completed by 7:00 PM.
What is the attire?
RED is the preferred color, but is not required. This includes shoes. We want to see you showcase your own personal style!
Is there an age limit?
Yes, you must be 21 and over to attend this event.
What should General Admission ticket holders bring?
At a minimum, a square folding-table with no more than 4 chairs per table; a picnic basket or bag containing a meal for your guests, a red tablecloth, cloth-napkins, flatware, dishware, and plastic drinkware. You will also need to bring a trash bag to remove your debris by the end of the night.
Do I have to decorate my table?
Yes, it adds to the ambience of the event! At a minimum, non VIP ticket holders, must have a red tablecloth, napkins, flatware, dishware, and plastic drinkware.
Are there limitations to the table size that guests are permitted to bring?
Yes, the table must be square, foldable, and easy to carry. The size must be between 24 and 34 inches (60.96 and 86.36 cm).
Why are there limitations on the size and shape of the table?
Le Delta en Rouge will be held in a public location with space limitations, therefore we are limiting the size of the tables to ensure that every ticket holder has ample space for their guests.
Is this is BYOB event?
This is NOT a BYOB event. No alcohol of any kind may be brought onto the premises.
Can we bring tents?
No, you are NOT permitted to bring tents of any size. However, tents are provided for the VIP Experience ticket holders.
Can we bring coolers?
Yes, you are permitted to bring in a small cooler that must fit under your table.
If I purchase a VIP Table, is everyone required to have a ticket?
VIP tables are purchased by one person, however, the names of each of their guests will be placed on the purchase. Tickets for each person must be downloaded and/or printed to gain entry to the event.
Do I need a ticket to get in?
Of course! All guests are required to present their ticket to gain entry into the event. Either printed paper copy or the digital code on your phone, may be used.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets to this event are NOT refundable.
Where is parking?
For General Admission ticket holders, parking is in front of the venue. VIP ticket holders have exclusive parking located on the east side of the Columbus Civic Center, Lot D.
Will the event be canceled or postponed in case of adverse weather?
Yes, but only if public safety becomes an issue due to severe weather (i.e., thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornados) or if Columbus (GA) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. decides to cancel or postpone the event. If light rain is forecasted please bring a poncho or umbrella.
Are tables required?
No. There will be an area for those who wish to only bring a lawn chair. No blankets are allowed.
